VSDC Free Video Editor
The main downfall is that there is not much in the way of documentation. But if you stick to it you will persevere. With drawing and selection tools, plenty of color and
lighting corrections, some useful filters, transitions, audio effects
and more leaves people very happy.
Lightworks
With a long list of features this video editor packs a punch with immense power. The tools are impressive but the price to pay is not in cash but within the fact that it has a steep learning curve. If you stick to it you will find yourself very pleased.
Be sure to download Lightworks free and not Lightworks Pro... some have made that mistake and insisted it was not free.
